Solo project
"How can we help people with anxiety to prepare for unexpected changes at the airport?"
My design question

Project Overview
This was a solo project in preparation for my graduation. I had to combine my interests and research where there are problems. The research showed that the airport is increasingly crowded and that many people fear that they will miss their flight. For this reason I want to create something for people with anxiety attacks and agoraphobia at the airport. Due to the increasing crowds at Schiphol, there is a lot of tension among passengers and it is even more stressful for people with the above-mentioned fears.

What did I learn?
I learned what it takes to run a UX project on my own. I have conducted several studies in the field of airport congestion and how people with anxiety attacks and agoraphobia. I have used different UX methods to know more about the target group. I also talked to stakeholders, here I got more information from the tools that already exist. I worked on prototypes myself, visually I wasn't very strong and by suddenly doing everything alone I had to teach myself a lot.
All in all, I learned which steps are important to get the best out of your project and to apply the interests of the target group in the final concept.
