I'm Inouschka
I’m a Dutch Communication and Multimedia Design graduate. I am an ambitious UX Designer with a goal-oriented and effective approach. I communicate clearly, work iteratively, and structure projects with transparency and focus. Combining analytical thinking, creativity, and decisiveness, I’m also highly driven to support others in reaching their goals, a true team player at heart. I’m fluent in both Dutch and English, and I thrive in multicultural environments.

As a junior UX designer, I don’t claim to know everything yet, but I do have a strong foundation in key principles like usability, user-centered design, and accessibility. I'm familiar with the design thinking process and can contribute to every stage, from understanding users and defining problems to ideating, prototyping, and testing solutions.
I know how to conduct basic user research through interviews and surveys, and I enjoy creating personas and mapping user journeys to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
When it comes to tools, I’m confident working with Figma and have experience creating wireframes and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes. I also understand the basics of UI design, including typography, color, layout, and responsive design and I’m always looking to improve.
Testing and iteration are things I value. I’m comfortable supporting usability tests, gathering feedback, and using what I learn to improve my designs. I see design as an ongoing process, not a final product.
I work well in teams and believe good communication is just as important as good design. I enjoy collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and fellow designers. I’m open to feedback and always curious to learn more, both about users and about the tools and methods that help me design better experiences.
Having already gained valuable professional experience at Capgemini, I hope to bring these practical insights to my next assignment. I look forward to applying my knowledge and contributing to meaningful projects.
